No person shall be required to obtain the registration certificate, license plates, or decals for or pay a registration fee for any snowmobile.
Terms Used In Virginia Code 46.2-679
- Person: includes any individual, corporation, partnership, association, cooperative, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, government, political subdivision, or any other legal or commercial entity and any successor, representative, agent, agency, or instrumentality thereof. See Virginia Code 1-230
- Snowmobile: means a self-propelled vehicle designed to travel on snow or ice, steered by skis or runners, and supported in whole or in part by one or more skis, belts, or cleats. See Virginia Code 46.2-100
