No slayer or abuser shall in any way acquire any property or receive any benefit as the result of the death of the decedent, but such property shall pass as provided in the sections following.
Terms Used In Washington Code 11.84.020
- Abuser: means any person who participates, either as a principal or an accessory before the fact, in the willful and unlawful financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult. See Washington Code 11.84.010
- Property: includes any real and personal property and any right or interest therein. See Washington Code 11.84.010
- Slayer: means any person who participates, either as a principal or an accessory before the fact, in the willful and unlawful killing of any other person as determined under RCW 11. See Washington Code 11.84.010
