(1) Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any provision of this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

- Commission: means the Washington apple commission;
Washington Code 15.24.010person: may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation or limited liability company, as well as an individual. See Washington Code 1.16.080
(2) Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any rule or regulation of the commission is guilty of a misdemeanor.
