The director or any other person may bring suit in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any person from using the services of an unlicensed farm labor contractor or to enjoin any person acting as a farm labor contractor in violation of this chapter, or any rule adopted under this chapter, from committing future violations. The court may award to the prevailing party costs and disbursements and a reasonable attorney fee.

Terms Used In Washington Code 19.30.180
- Director: as used in this chapter means the director of the department of labor and industries of the state of Washington. See Washington Code 19.30.010
- Farm labor contractor: means any person, or his or her agent or subcontractor, who, for a fee, performs any farm labor contracting activity. See Washington Code 19.30.010

Washington Code 19.30.010Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case.
