Terms Used In Washington Code 24.03A.205
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
Modification or release of a gift restriction shall not allow a gift to be used for a purpose other than a charitable purpose.
