(1) A member of a membership corporation may resign at any time.
Terms Used In Washington Code 24.03A.370
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(2) The resignation of a member does not relieve the member from any obligations incurred or commitments made before resignation.
