Terms Used In Washington Code 24.03A.650
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
If a membership corporation has not yet admitted members, then its board may adopt one or more amendments to the articles.
