Any private school may appeal the actions of the state board of education as provided in chapter 34.05 RCW.

Terms Used In Washington Code 28A.195.030
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Board: means the paraeducator board established in RCW 28A. See Washington Code 28A.413.010
