Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.
Terms Used In Washington Code 31.40.020
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(1) “Licensee” means a Washington corporation licensed under the terms of this chapter.
(2) “Director” means the director of financial institutions.
