Terms Used In Washington Code 33.16.120

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
The board shall also cause to be prepared, certified, and filed with the director, upon blanks to be furnished by the director, such reports and statements as the director, from time to time, may require.
