Any person subject to this code who:
Terms Used In Washington Code 38.38.688
- Code: means this chapter. See Washington Code 38.38.004
- militia: shall mean the military forces provided for in the Constitution and laws of the state of Washington. See Washington Code 38.04.010
- person: may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation or limited liability company, as well as an individual. See Washington Code 1.16.080
(1) Violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation;
(2) Having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the organized militia which it is the person’s duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or
(3) Is derelict in the performance of the person’s duties;
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
