Terms Used In Washington Code 4.44.150

  • Juror: A person who is on the jury.
  • Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
(1) General; that the juror is disqualified from serving in any action; or
(2) Particular; that the juror is disqualified from serving in the action on trial.
