Washington Code 41.40.787 – Right to waive benefit

Any member receiving or having received a distribution under chapter 41.34 RCW may make an irrevocable choice to waive all rights to a benefit under RCW 41.40.790 by notifying the department in writing of their intention.

Terms Used In Washington Code 41.40.787

Department: means the department of retirement systems created in chapter 41. See Washington Code 41.40.010
Member: means any employee included in the membership of the retirement system, as provided for in RCW 41. See Washington Code 41.40.010
