This chapter does not apply to special incinerator ash regulated under chapter 70A.315 RCW except that, for purposes of RCW 4.22.070(3)(a), special incinerator ash shall be considered hazardous waste.

  • Hazardous waste: means and includes all dangerous and extremely hazardous waste, including substances composed of both radioactive and hazardous components. See Washington Code 70A.300.010
