Terms Used In Washington Code > Chapter 16.72 - Fur farming
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means department of agriculture. See Washington Code 16.72.010
- Director: means director of agriculture. See Washington Code 16.72.010
- Person: includes any individual, firm corporation, trust, association, copartnership, society, or other organization of individuals and any other business unit, device or arrangement. See Washington Code 16.72.010
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
