Terms Used In Washington Code > Chapter 69.60 - Over-the-counter medications
- Commission: means the pharmacy quality assurance commission. See Washington Code 69.60.020
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
- Over-the-counter medication: means a drug that can be obtained without a prescription and is not restricted to use by prescribing practitioners. See Washington Code 69.60.020
- person: may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation or limited liability company, as well as an individual. See Washington Code 1.16.080
- Purveyor: means any corporation, person, or other entity that offers over-the-counter medications for wholesale, retail, or other type of sale. See Washington Code 69.60.020
- Solid dosage form: means capsules or tablets or similar over-the-counter medication products intended for administration and which could be ingested orally. See Washington Code 69.60.020
