- Appraisal: A determination of property value.
- Department: means the department of natural resources;
Washington Code 76.14.010Forestland: means any lands considered best adapted for the growing of trees; and
Washington Code 76.14.010Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value. Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt. owner: means and includes individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, federal land managing agencies, state of Washington, counties, municipalities, and other forestland owners. See Washington Code 76.14.010 person: may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation or limited liability company, as well as an individual.
