The superintendent shall complete and submit to the Governor and the Legislature by the first day of each regular legislative session a report on the amount of funds derived from the operation of the post exchange during the previous fiscal year and how those funds were used.

Terms Used In West Virginia Code 15-2E-6

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).
  • Post exchange: means a particular area located at the State Police academy where certain limited items are offered for sale. See West Virginia Code 15-2E-1
  • Superintendent: means the superintendent of State Police as established in section two, article two of this chapter. See West Virginia Code 15-2E-1
