The state board, through the division, and the state department of health shall cooperate to assure coordination of the vocational rehabilitation facility program under this article with the hospital construction program provided for under chapter sixteen, article one, section fourteen of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended.

- State: when applied to a part of the United States and not restricted by the context, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" also include the said district and territories. See West Virginia Code 2-2-10
- State board: means the West Virginia Board of Education. See West Virginia Code 18-1-1
- Vocational rehabilitation facility: means a facility which is operated for the primary purpose of providing vocational rehabilitation services to, or gainful employment for, handicapped individuals, or, for providing evaluation and work adjustment services for disadvantaged individuals, and which provides singly or in combination one or more of the following services for handicapped individuals: (a) Comprehensive rehabilitation services which shall include, under one management, medical, psychological, social, and vocational services.
