(2) Giving of bond to secure performance under § 44D-7-702 of this code;

(3) Reasonable compensation under § 44D-7-708 of this code;

(4) Resignation under § 44D-7-705 of this code;

(5) Removal under § 44D-7-706 of this code; and

(6) Vacancy and appointment of successor under § 44D-7-704 of this code.
