15-9-4	Sentencing Commission Subcommittee
15-9-5	Authorization to adopt bylaws, policies and procedures, and to promulgate legislative rules
15-9-6	Other responsibilities of the committee
15-9-7	Coordinated program for substance abuse treatment referral

Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
