Terms Used In West Virginia Code > Chapter 48 > Article 26 > Part 2 - Definitions

Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
County commission: means the county commission or tribunal in lieu thereof of every county within the State of West Virginia as provided in section nine, article nine of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia. See West Virginia Code 7-17-2
