125.115 Responsibility for commission of a crime.
125.115(1)
(1) A person may be convicted of the commission of a crime under this chapter only if the criteria specified in § 939.05 exist.
125.115(2)
(2) This section does not apply to civil forfeiture actions for violation of any provision of this chapter or any local ordinance in conformity with any provision of this chapter.
