177.165 Proceeds from sale of property in self-service storage facility. Notwithstanding § 177.02 (1), the proceeds of a sale under § 704.90 (6) of personal property stored in a leased facility located within a self-service storage facility after satisfaction of the operator’s lien under § 704.90 (3)(a) is presumed abandoned.
