221.0607 Resignation of directors.

(2) Effective date. A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date.

(1) Written notice. A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice that complies with § 221.0103 to the board of directors, to the chairperson of the board of directors or to the bank.
