25.315 Wholesale drug distributor bonding fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the wholesale drug distributor bonding fund to consist of moneys paid to the state under § 450.071 (5) to secure payment of fees or costs that relate to the issuance of a license to engage in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs.
