285.65 Permit conditions. The department may prescribe conditions for an air pollution control permit to ensure compliance with this chapter and § 299.15 and rules promulgated under this chapter and § 299.15 and to ensure compliance with the federal clean air act if each condition is one of the following and if each condition is applicable to the source:
