66.1341 Towns to have certain city powers. Towns have all of the powers of cities under §§ 66.0923, 66.0925, 66.1201 to 66.1329 and 66.1331 to 66.1335, except the powers under § 66.1201 (10) and any other powers that conflict with statutes relating to towns and town boards.
