Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 114.67

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the authority, the state, any political subdivision of the state, municipality, or other governmental unit may enter into cooperative agreements with the authority for furnishing any facility or service of the state, political subdivision, body politic, or other governmental unit to the authority, including fire and police protection, and may otherwise provide, to the extent permitted by law, any funds, property, or services to the authority.
