Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 129.08

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
   (1)   $50; and
   (2)   The actual damages, if any, including the incidental and consequential damages, sustained by the artist by reason of the violation and reasonable attorney fees.
