Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 167.14

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01

No such machine shall be sold or offered or exposed for sale unless the said machine shall have plainly marked upon it the name and location of the person, firm or corporation manufacturing the same.
