- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
If a claim against a dissolved partnership is barred under s. 178.0807, 178.0808, or 178.0809, any corresponding claim under s. 178.0306, 178.0703, or 178.0805 is also barred.
