- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
A person may not knowingly make, cause, or allow another person to make or cause to be made, a false statement, under oath if required by this chapter or on any report or statement required by the division or by this chapter. In addition to any forfeiture under s. 214.935, a person who violates this section is guilty of a Class F felony.
