Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01

Any person who directly or through another violates or attempts to violate this chapter may be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both. Each transaction in violation of this chapter and each day that a violation continues is a separate offense.
