Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 225.01
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Five or more natural persons of the age of 18 years or more may act as incorporators by signing, acknowledging and filing articles of incorporation for such corporation.
