Any of the following may apply to the circuit court for the county in which a subdivision is located for the vacation or alteration of all or part of the recorded plat of that subdivision:
Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 236.40
- County board: means the county board of supervisors. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
(1) The owner of the subdivision or of any lot in the subdivision.
(2) The county board if the county has acquired an interest in the subdivision or in any lot in the subdivision by tax deed.
