All records of the corporation are open to the public as provided in s. 19.35 (1) except those records relating to the following:
Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 238.08
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
(1) Pending grants, loans, or economic development projects that, in the opinion of the corporation, must remain confidential to protect the competitive nature of the grant, loan, or project.
(2) Confidential tax information received from the department of revenue under s. 71.78.
