- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Except as authorized by the department, any person who reproduces, by any means whatever, a registration plate, insert tag, decal or other evidence of registration shall forfeit not less than $200 nor more than $500.
