Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 425.303

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
  • Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
   (1)   One hundred dollars; and
   (2)   The actual damages, including any incidental and consequential damages, sustained by the customer by reason of the violation.
