Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 45.46

  • Department: means the department of veterans affairs. See Wisconsin Statutes 45.01

From the appropriation under s. 20.485 (2) (th), the department may make grants of up to $250,000 annually to nonprofit organizations, as defined in s. 108.02 (19), and no more than $25,000 to each grant recipient, to provide financial assistance or other services to veterans and their dependents.
