From the appropriation under s. 20.437 (2) (e), the department may provide incentive payments to county child support agencies under s. 59.53 (5) for identifying children who are receiving medical assistance benefits and who have health insurance coverage or access to health insurance coverage. The department of children and families may disclose to the department of health services information that it possesses or obtains that would assist in identifying children with medical assistance coverage who have health insurance coverage or access to health insurance coverage.
