Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 613.90

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

No member of or other provider for a service insurance corporation is liable, solely by virtue of a relationship with the corporation or of the providers’ contract, for any act, omission or default of the corporation or of any other member of or provider for the corporation.
