- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
If the person having such prisoner in custody shall be brought before such officer as for a criminal offense the person shall be examined, committed, bailed or discharged by such officer in like manner as in other criminal cases of the like nature.
