Any appeal of a decision or action of any program employee will be made to his/her immediate supervisor having responsibility over the subject matter of the appeal in accordance with 9 CFR 500.9.
Terms Used In 9 CFR 327.24
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
