(a) Each member of the Board of Registrars of Perry County may meet up to an additional 30 session days each fiscal year above the maximum number of days allowed by law. These additional days shall be worked at the discretion of the Chair or Vice Chair of the Perry County Commission, and shall be paid from the county general fund.

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
(b) This section shall have retroactive effect to October 1, 2001, and all payments made heretofore to the members of the board of registrars pursuant to subsection (a) are ratified and confirmed.
