(a) In Perry County, an additional recording fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be collected on each real or personal property instrument or uniform commercial code, judicial, or other instrument recorded or filed for record in the office of the judge of probate. The fee shall be in addition to all other fees, taxes, and other charges required by law to be paid upon the recording of any real or personal property instrument or uniform commercial code, judicial, or other instrument.

(b) All fees collected pursuant to subsection (a) shall be deposited into the county general fund for education and public health and safety purposes.
