The executive director shall administer the programs subject to review by the commission and in accordance with the regulations adopted by the commission. The adoption of these regulations is subject to Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act). A summary of the regulations shall be distributed to each applicant.
