Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 28.15.219

  • commercial motor vehicle: means a motor vehicle or a combination of a motor vehicle and one or more other vehicles
    (A) used to transport passengers or property. See Alaska Statutes 28.90.990
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(2) “disqualified” has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. § 28.33.190;
(3) “disqualify” means that a person‘s privilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle is withdrawn.
