- board: means the board of directors of the Alaska Railroad Corporation. See Alaska Statutes 42.40.980
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- corporation: means the Alaska Railroad Corporation. See Alaska Statutes 42.40.980
- employees: means all persons employed by the corporation including executive officers. See Alaska Statutes 42.40.980
- Joint session: When both chambers of a legislature adopt a concurrent resolution to meet together.
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
- rule: means a standard of general application or the amendment, supplement, revision, or repeal of a standard adopted by the corporation to implement, interpret, or make specific the law enforced or administered by it or to govern its procedure. See Alaska Statutes 42.40.980
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
