Terms Used In Arizona Laws 11-931
- Governing body: means the board of supervisors of a county, or the council or other governing body of a municipality, as the case may be. See Arizona Laws 11-931
- Municipality: means an incorporated city or town. See Arizona Laws 11-931
1. "Governing body" means the board of supervisors of a county, or the council or other governing body of a municipality, as the case may be.
2. "Municipality" means an incorporated city or town.
3. "Public park" means a park, parkway, trail, recreational area or playground established, maintained or administered by a county, city or town.
